For Ginger Garlic Dressing
- Whisk together garlic, ginger, rice wine vinegar, white shoyu, canola oil, white sugar and black pepper.
To Serve
- Gently toss salmon belly with avocado and ginger garlic dressing.
- Serve in 2 oz portions in small bowls and garnish with a pinch of scallion, sesame and sea salt.
